Reservation Policy :
- 12% GST : 12% GST: Below Rs. 7500 18% GST: Rs. 7500 and above
- Check-In 13.00hrs and Check-Out 12.00hrs
- Child Policy: Until 9 years of age the Child stays complimentary [without any extra bedding) However, the breakfast/meal rates will be charged as per consumption.
- Extra Person 10 years and above Rs 1000+ taxes per day with an extra bed
- All room preferences & special requests are confirmed upon arrival and are subject to availability.
- Early check-in after 09.00hrs can be availed subject to availability upon arrival
- Early check-in between 05.00hrs to 09:00hrs, half day charges are applicable, subject to availability:
- Late check-out until 14:00hrs can be availed on subject to availability
- Late check-out between 14:00hrs to 18:00hrs, half day charges are applicable, subject to availability

Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled 48hrs prior to the date of arrival free of cost. Reservations cancelled within 48hrs of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation charge In case, booking is of more than 7 rooms, cancellation should be done 72hrs to avoid any retention charges.
Important :
As per Govt. Regulation all the guest must carry valid Government approved photo ID proof with address details (Aadhar Card, Driver’s License. Passport). Foreign nationals must produce valid Visa and Passport physically at the Reception.
